1. Customized & Personalized Products

All customized, personalized, and branded products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically as per the client’s requirements.


2. Non-Customized Products

Returns for non-customized products will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The wrong product has been delivered

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If any item is received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Images/videos of the product and packaging are mandatory for verification.

  • After verification, replacement or refund will be processed at the company’s discretion.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

  • Shipping, handling, and courier charges are non-refundable.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production or customization has started.

  • Any advance paid for cancelled orders after production begins is non-refundable.


6. Color & Print Variations

Minor variations in color, printing, or finishing may occur due to screen resolution and manufacturing processes. Such variations do not qualify for return or refund.


7. Delivery Delays

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
