At Giftinx, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our customized corporate and personalized gifts. Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations:

Order Cancellations:

  • Before Production: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2hr of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and cancellations or modifications may not be possible.

  • After Production: Once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications are generally not accepted due to the personalized nature of our products.

Refunds:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.

  • Non-Defective Items: Due to the customized nature of our products, refunds are not typically offered for non-defective items. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before finalizing your order.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at order@giftinx.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Personalization Accuracy: Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization provided by the customer.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please consider placing orders well in advance of any events or deadlines.

  • Holiday Orders: During peak seasons, such as holidays, production and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
